Saw the tv documentarys, seems like many many issues with legally running the buisenesses. Fire regulations and building codes ect. Many buisenesses are on edge everytime an ammendmant is made to laws. Alot of grey areas... Feel bad for these people putting up honest life savings to get involved so they can be test dummy.

I think states may hold off on complete legalization. All states should be medic and should allow card to be valid in other states abiding by laws set by what state your physically traveled to. Many states like my own is like this now (ri)

It's gonna be a long, hard fight in the Bible Belt states. It may be many years for states like Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, etc.

Hopefully the rest of the country will have more sense and soon legalize it recreationaly.

I got a better idea.
Legal to possess and grow
illegal to sell.
No medical card needed.
No one has to worry about regulations.

If you were truly free already the question would not need to be asked.

When it is "legalized" it will only be some version of better treatment for the slaves, it will still contain edicts backed by force from the Federal, State and local Overseers.

After "legalization", some slaves will rejoice thinking they are "free"....Now that they can dance on holidays as long as they don't look too hard at white women or have one plant more than master says they can have. This will be how "legalization" will unfold.

The gun will shift shape, but it will still be in the room.

You do have to give Chesus credit for stubbornness. I cannot remember even one person agreeing with his zany platform on this yet he continues doggedly to suggest it as a real possibility...

What is the definition of insanity again?

Ark. is prob.ur best bet in bib. belt. I think it will have legal on 16 ballot. How that goes will tell a lot( this actually has a punchers chance). Kentuck., if they have initiative proccess, is a weak second choice,Domino theory could shorten a lot on ballot or legislatures.

What if you did not want to grow or lacked the skills ? Can it then be given or donated to you ?
My problem with his theory is it still allows the police the opportunity to kick in your front door if they think you are selling whether you are even growing or not...

Non-starter in my book.

We need to get back our right to privacy in this country.

Agreed.

We need to get the nation / state gang out of our lives. Personal secession would be an option if people were truly free as individuals.

Police have never been "allowed" to kick in my front door, yet because somebody pays them protection money they feel they have some authority to do it. Of course none of that has anything to do with whether a real crime against a real person has ever occurred.

I don't and won't support that shit. Peace.

again panarchy is a concept.
again name a place on earth that you can live the dream you desire.
Wherever I am there is Panarchy. Wherever you are, there are chains both mental and actual.

How is your government any more legitimate than mine? This should be interesting.
