he's on live taking full responsibility and apologizing. he plead "guilty" this morning. he's facing 5 years.

you can't do something so horribly wrong. lie to all those who have faith in you. let down the children who admire you. then simply justify your guilty by saying "it's ok, last week, i found jesus".

at least 5 years of running a dog fighting business, and directly involved in the killing 8 dogs....i really wish he'd get more than 5 years. Alas he'll probably get about a year.

Why does NFL put up with all this thug like behavior. it seems like every week or so i hear about some other NFL player getting arrested for one reason or another. What is worse is that NFL just turns a blind eye towards...more or less. they do stuff but could you image if say a baseball player did even a fraction of that shit? they'd get released from their team and probably kicked out of the league. I mean pete rose gets banned for gambling but vick only gets a suspension for killing dogs? does this seem right?

Isn't he a wonderful role model for all the kids out there that look up to football players? I would like to see him thrown into a pit full of thugs and see how he handles himself.

he will be kicked off the team once they get their $22 mil back...dont get it twisted Vick will never play in the NFL again..you have to remember he just plead guilty today its not like the NFL is just like "hey your out"theres a process.

The only thing I can say about this is....Michal Vick is human.....What he did is wrong and "yes" he deserves to be punished for his actions. However things like this happen all the time....and I believe the media and people make a bigger deal out of it because he is who he is "Michael Vick". Yes he prolly won't get what he deserves, but in all actuallity It's more of a bigger deal because he is Michael Vick as opposed to someone like myself so to say.

yea it does happen all the time but most of the people arent in the position hes in,he was a role model for millions and with the amount of money he made there is no excuse.
if you read into it he had a problem, his own father said that when he was young he would let peoples dogs out of their yards and let em chase cats around.
what he did is repulsive,hanging,drowning..training them by hanging live cats at the end of a treadmill..even tho he wont get it i wish hed get all 5 years..and everyone seems to forget about the 50 or so dogs that have or will be put down because there just trained for fighting.it is a bigger deal because of who he is.

Dog Fighting that is

whats funny is if you watch alot of the reports there all talking about this "black dogfighting world" but dogfighting is huge among white people in the deep south...there is prolly more dogfighting in the country than we could even imagine..which makes me sick..i dont believe a word that comes outta vicks mouth..my only comfort is knowing he'll never play again..at least in the NFL and now hes gotta come up with $22mil.hes nothing more than a common criminal..him and his brother.

I hope he is never allowed to play again, but because it's just a suspension there is still a possibility that he could come back. that possibility might be really low but it's still there. he should be right out banned.

i really think he will be..i think after the falcons get the money back, and once hes sentenced in Dec. that he'll be banned..the NFL is getting so much negative press right now they cant afford to let him play again..if you think about it most people sitting at home on sundays watching football have their dog right there with em..if he ever came back the NFL would lose a huge fan base

right now maybe but in say two years? based on the NFL's track record of letting players come back after doing ridiculous shit, sometimes repeated ridiculous shit, i'm not so sure he'll be dropped by the NFL

i personally think that if they did let him come back they would have PETA and all other animals rights groups up their ass but your right who knows these days, maybe its just wishfull thinking on my part but i really dont think they will..whats better for the NFL letting him play and losing fans or just say fuck it after 2 or 3 years out of the NFL?i dunno..and then you gotta wonder what team would pick him up?what team wants to attract negative press?i guess if anyone it be the Cowboys lol..

well the sad thing is a superbowl will over come any remaining negative press that vick brings. so if a team thinks that he could help them win a super bowl then he might just get another chance.
