Can anyone tell me the best method for this extraction? I know the method involving naptha, freezing and collecting but I'd like to know the most simple and effective method if someone could help me out.

I recomend doing a STB (streight-to-base) with mimosa. It has allways worked good for me, and this way you can skip the whole acid step and still get just as good of a yeild. You can only do this with mimosa though due to the dmt in the bark is in an acidic form already. Just research alot and what ever you think is best is what you should do. Just REALLY understand the process before you get started and for god sakes be carful with your NaOH solution! Have some vinegar on hand!

Does anyone have any recommendations for pulling the naptha off? I have 6 half gallon jars with 100 ml of naptha per jar and its a bitch pulling that much off at a time.
