well nitrogen deficiencie is what i was told in my journal because my leaves curl down??

i would probably guess that if it's the lower leaves only, they aren't getting enough light.

are you in veg stage or flower?

how long you been in flower? are you using cfls?

maybe light leak on the 12 off period.

250 hps and in flower for about 4 days m8
no light is getting to it in the dark hours

you won't see much until after at least a week or two imo. can you get the hps lower without burning the plants?

its not a light problem i have mylar covering my walls

just because you have mylar on the walls doesn't mean you can't lower the hps if the plants don't burn. your plants look quite bushy so light may not penetrate to the lower leaves, in which case they will just die off naturally. if growth at the top is looking good i wouldn't worry.

my light is low!! any lower and its going to get sunburn the whole plant gets light.
trust me i look at it everyday m8 its not a light problem

does enough light penetrate through to the lower leaves? i assume the newest growth looks ok?

just because the top gets enough light doesn't mean the lower leaves do. ie under the canopy even with mylar.

your original question asks whether you got a magnesium or nitrogen deficiency yeah? then no, if your new growth looks ok.

look mate my hps is about 8 inches away ok i know what im talking about
not only that but its the only plant i have in the hps room so it has the whole 250 to itself

If the yellowing started from the center out and on the lower old grwoth then I would say yes mg def.
