Messed up the ph so bad. Im quitting growing already.

Holy crap guys i just watered my plants and around the last one my ph pem started acting up so i got suspicious and decided to test the water with the ink drops and it turned red as blood I panicked and flushed them all out immediately but it looka like i omly got the soil on down in the 5s. Should I be worried? I csnt believe I messed up my first grow it was going so well too. Im so bummed out I feel like my plants are gonna die they were growing so good too. I have a shit load of seeds left but i kind of feel like crap. I guess growing just isnt for me.

I once threw 3 plants, 30 days into flower, into the yard. Mowed over them to mulch.

Why are you even worrying about ph then?
Red in my kit is a ph of 4.... Is that coming out of your tap?

If you are using tap water and OF don’t bother adjusting pH. At least not right now. There’s people on here who have never adjusted pH and grow killer bud. Using tap water too.

Lmao I spent about 100 of my grow budget on books so i feel like I'm prepared for that but I wake up tomorrow and they're dead im done.

No it was ro water and it phd like at 8 so i added on down but after like 2.5 ml it didmt drop much which I thought was weird but i guess it was dropping alot. My fault for not double checking

Move to soil only organic grows Sips.. ez pz

Dude - KISS. Unless your tap water is sewage I’ll just about guarantee it’s perfect for use. Are you on city water? If so what city?

Ro water should be neutral. Normal tap is usually a little under 8 depending on your area and it is not well water.
I have used both in soil start to finish without issues

No ive bee. Using reverse osmosis and tap water here is at 700ppm in az

Also ive been using mycorrhyzae so im hoping it'll help them still pull those nutrients even tho the water was f***** F***** F*****.

Calmate, buey. Smoke a fatty. Just keep going. Plain tap water and DO NOT overwater. That’s the number one way to actually fuck them up.
