Just a update, off light schedules didn't do anything to any of my plants.

I am starting to wonder if lights schedules really do make hermis and more like that they are mostly in the genes or maybe due to too many F/M
whatever the case Ive yet to have anything hermi on me.

I say experiment with that. Start doing random light changes, maybe 20 hrs on one day 4 on the next. :leaf:

Seriusly, I am no expert (by any stretch) but I have seen a cloned female several weeks into flower go hermie do to light stress, first hand knowledge.

Hey and welcome to RIU

Who knows I've read alot both ways and I have played with clones like that, seems the fastest way I can root on it to put it on my desk under my small floro lamp (2700ish K) and it's on and off all odd times put the clones in my desk when Im gone or whatever forget to take em back out sometimes, what have you, and never any problems.... well yet.
BUT it can all have to do with strain, we may never know really, it's always gonna b speculation. Atleast I haven't had to deal with that sadness yet.

I thought I had my first 100% hydro plant go hermi but the leaves roll out funny and look like sacks to start with so I almost offed her but I wanted to test some new nutes on something and used it, lucky I didn't burn her, jumped to full strength flower nutes from the start LOL. Shes a beast now.:bigjoint:
