definitely making progress

I was using bugs life reference to gauge your age group..plis its a few years too old for your supposed offspring
I saw it in the cinema when it came out. We were probably too old for it but we went a lot so we saw everything that was coming out, like Titanic, Shooting Fish, Romeo and Juliet, Blair Witch.

blair witch wasn't a movie.

it was a punishment, a torture device, and a total waste of film/power/humanity/sanity.

ffs, snot rocket if you got no tissue! bleh...
It was horrible, so fucking stupid! I remember a girl at school, she was one of the clever artsy types that played a wind instrument, getting really defensive about my opinion of it, and she said that clearly I don't understand its message and am incapable of separating the movie from the hype. I just think it's crap though.

England?
Of course they do. There's some ok independent films, I wasn't really into that at the time though. Shooting Fish that I mentioned was a British one, that was ok, or I liked it when I was 15 anyway, haven't seen it recently so don't blame me if you watch it and hate it. Trainspotting of course but I was too young to see that in the cinema, and everyone always raves about This is England but I'm not so keen, possibly because I'm northern and it's a little close to home?

Oh fuck yes a Clockwork Orange! I first saw that around the same time as I first saw Natural Born Killers, which is still one of my all time favourites, and a few other similar kind of films and it was the first time I found myself kind of enjoying such violent stuff, like I discovered a part of myself around that time and what ultimately led to my love of gaming, and those films make me all nostalgic.

Am I talking a lot? I feel like I'm talking a lot.

And I still haven't seen V for Vendetta! Or The Big Lebowski, which my ex thought for years was about Charles Bukowski lmfao, so I need to do some catch up movie watching this week.

v for vendetta is a masterpiece.

the big lebowski is epic and absolute must-see! the dude abides, man...

I've never done acid or shrooms but I'm definitely wanting to try it, the more I read about shrooms the more I think it would be awesome to meditate while tripping. No but I'm a little bit merry, just having a little brandy :peace:
someone got into the cooking sherry....

The Cuban sandwiches are made and broken by the bread used. And no lettuce on a Cuban.

Ask Elian Gonzales!

Btw, and @roseypeach too, try to obtain some culantro. Similar to cilantro, but way stronger and flavorful. I snuck some home in my luggage from PR, and it doesn't love my locale, but hasn't died yet. My bean dips this year are noticeably more better.

:-)
I've never heard of that, I'll have to see what I can do on that note ;)
not exactly. Same principal, a few "secret" ingredients. Pm me for complete recipe :-)
Will do!

Absolutely right about the bread! I used an inferior roll this last time around and was so sorry I did. And they can't be to narrow. All the stuff falls out. @a senile fungus I thought I wrote cuban/carribean. it's a fusion sandwich. And yes, yes, cilantro goes on it too. forgot that.

More carribean if you ask me. It's not a press or anything. Well, I do press it down b/c I pile it super high w/ the pork but hey.
