Hi All...I just wanted to share some new pics. with everyone. They are not the best, but as you can see Luci is coming along The bud seems to be growing very close to the main stem.

Background? The seed came from some decent herb. I'm not sure of the strain.

why do you grow those little bonsai trees when you could harvest 8-10 nugs that size every two months or so?

To answer your question I don't have a powerful enough light system yet & it's better than not growing. Luci is actually a little over a foot tall with a bud going up the entire main stem. I expect a least a half oz. dry weight off this plant. I will be growing more larger plants soon when I get my HPS, CFL, tube fluro combo going. I also don't veg. my plants very long if at all.

Well cool man, whatever works for you. I definitly didnt expect that one to be over a foot tall but thats cool. Do you just use florescents? Thats cool though i actually would be curious to try it, just flower from day one? And my babies will be done for thanksgiving too, we can be thankful for that.

Well said - we can be very thankful for that - lol! I'm using a combo of CFLs & tube fluros right now. I will hopefully be getting my HPS within the next few weeks. I flowered some from day one, but most of the time I let them veg. for a couple of weeks.

well very cool. have you tried doing really short ones like that but with more than just the main stem? i guess it would be bonsai status...
