medical mary j and background check

Hey everyone,

So i was thinking....
how cool would it be to have a medical marijuana license and work at the airport to get the free travel benefits and go where ever you wanted to enjoy mother nature. :weed:

but the only thing i thought of is that they do full fbi background checks.. would a medical marijuana license show up somehow? I tried doing some research on it but came up with just guesses and nothing that helped.

any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

yeah I dont think it shows up on a background check

In my state it is issued by the department of health and is treated like a medical issue, So no it can not show up on a back ground check as it would violate doctor patient confidentiality. JR

No. If it does sue. Medical files are confidential.

Doctors often do share your medical files. Ever wonder how the insurance companies know you have a pre-existing condition? Medical Information Bureau.

Why their is some sharing of medical information to places such as insurances companies is should not come up in a general background check especially for a job. Seeing as how medical conditions are not suppose to disqualify you from a job (unless you are crippled or something) so they shouldn't be able to find out

sweet thanks, this is what i was thinking but im paranoid about fbi full background check. i guess my concern is that since its only medicinally legal in some state and still considered a crime by the feds that it might show up in some way shape or form. idk maybe im just overly paranoid. or maybe its just a loop hole in the system. lol.

Actually there is some offender search sites for some states, maybe for all of them if you put in the right address.
