medical marijuana license

does anyone know if a person is a minor would they be able to get a medical marijuana licsence with a parents signature in the state of california?? and if so can anyone refer me to a specific organization that will do so in san diego??

one year and two months but i want to start growing and i wanna do it legally...

no they wont because youre just making a joke of the system like alot of the people with med cards

Gotta be 18 to be here, google it- there are plenty of parents who get Prop 215 recommendations for their kids.

Are you sure you didn't turn 18 one year and two months ago...

This site is 18+ and I dont think there is any way a minor can grow legally. Even in Cali and states that allow Medical Grows it is Still extremely illegal by federal law. Your much better off getting your parents to grow for you, If they are medical patients, or if your are an MMJ patient sign over your grow rights to someone who can grow.

So if your only 16 why are you trying to grow weed? I dont think any Doctor in their right mind would put their reputation on the line to allow a 16 year old to grow weed.

It might not be what you want to hear, but thats kinda the way it is. Your better off waiting a few years till your on your own, and can apply to for a medical grower card.
