Looking good man, those stems are trunks...not stems :hump:

As for medicinal strains, I have a full list that a friend translated from dutch to English for me, has THC contents but more importantly it has the CBD levels. The list is part of a dutch study they used to determine what strains would make a good commercial medicine....I believe that GHS ended up providing the strain but the study was done none the less. I have it on my other computer which has a bad power cord......will see what I can do to get it pulled off.

Bottom line.....for pain control....find a strain with over 1% CBD, it will be couchlock but good medicine. For example trainwreck is just shy of 1%, cheese is over 1.20%. For pain control the terpins and CBD's are just as/if not more important. Hope this helps and I will try to get a copy of that study off my other machine.

Thanks for the info. I hope you can get the study off your computer.

So much to do ...
Here are some pics of the flowering and veg rooms.

I need to still get the replacement ballast.
The cloner needs to be emptied and put into RW. I need to get a couple more 2 bulb Sunblaze CFL's to put over the mothers and move the mothers to a lower shelf. The new clones are going to be put into another 2x4 tray; tray needs to be plumbed and set up.
Looks like I am going to the Hydro store for the CFL's and more compost tea. Going to pick up their veg and bloom teas.
Clones in RW are new strains waitng to go into cycle.
Hope everyone is well.

Interesting day, started out going to the hydro store to pick up some supplies. I picked up ...

  • Hygrozyme
  • ebb & flood tray tubes (the ones U put in the tray to set water height) and basket tube tops
  • 2 Sunblaze 22 HOT5's
  • veg and bloom teas
  • and a 35 pint dehumidifier from Sears for the flower tent
and nothing else got done because ...
I had my buddy with me, to do the lifting and carrying and he had been bonked by his baby daughter (She threw a remote and caught him in the eye) a couple of days ago and was not doing well. It was swollen shut and the swelling was still increasing after 2 days.

Health Care in USA sucks. after 4 hours of going to one urgent care to the next, I took him to the office and his girlfriend took him to the regional hospital. Poor guy, he called later and left a message, he has an orbital fracture and wants to know if I can drive him to the surgeon or some Dr. on Saturday. I will ... but there goes another day.

Still need to do so much but we do what we can.:peace:

I ran my water through the sediment/chlorine remover and filled the 70 gallon flower tent rez. To fill the veg tent rez I had to carry 10 gallon buckets to the other room and fill the rez by hand. I got the filter in the room with the flower tent and didn't think about the veg room. I run the hose from the flower room thru the house and connect it right outside the backdoor. The hose stays clean and I don't have a water filter attached to the outside of the house for privacy and so no one can steal it.
Went up to 1500 ppm in the flower rez.
I added

  • CSN Bloom 1000 mls
  • Liquid Karma 300 mls
  • Humex 200 mls
  • Hydroguard 100 mls
  • Aquashield 200 mls
  • 1 gallon bloom tea from Hydro store
  • Guardian MY 50 mls
Bought a 35 pint dehumidifier, I got it inside and out of the box but damn near broke my back today trying to get everything going yesterday.

Nothing really done to the veg tent. Though it needs some major work.
The rez is going outside the tent, if I can find room for it. The room is filling fast and not much room for the 25 gallon rez.

So I frakked up my back, smoked myself into relief and spent most of the Saturday falling in and out of sleep watching Pole Day at Indy.

Hope everyone had a good day and Happy Mother's Day.

i do blv that Hydroguard and Aquashield are the same thing.

Botonicare's Hydroguard came time for inspection or something like that.... and they didnt wanna spend the money so they re-released the same product under another name thus having Aquashield ;)

but what do i Know

You know your Botanicare!
You are quite right. There was a problem with the labeling of Hydro. I happened to have a little left in a bottle.
Aquashield is what they are selling now.

i think a standby res [on wheels] for your water would be good for your situation.

i do the same thing, i also have a float valve in my RO res that keeps it constantly filled

its a modded 50 gallon brute trash can

yea so save your money and your nutes.

I usually don't use both. I was saving money 'cause I used the last bit in the old Hydro bottle before opening my new bottle of Aquashield.

Okay so I have filled the 25 gallon veg rez.
i added ...

  • 400 mls CNS Grow
  • 100 mls Silica Blast
  • 100 mls Liquid Karma
  • 50 mls Humex
  • 150 mls AquaShield
  • 100 mls Hygrozyme

Well we have flowers forming. About day 3 of flowering.

Got the new humidifier into the flower tent. It is a 35 pint Sear's with option of running water out a hose instead of into it's rez. It has been in the tent 2 days and I had to empty it today. Nice part is .... humidity is down to 40 percent. Not bad as I live a block away from the Bay.

Still haven't gotten to the clones in the cloner yet. arghhh .... so much to do, so little back left.
