Here are some photos of a medical grow Im building with a friend.
It is a diy UC. Two rooms built in a 20' x 24' area. Twelve 27 gallon totes in each.

After the ceiling and walls we framed were insulated. I put some rigid insulation up on the existing walls. The last two pics are of the doors and panda film. The doors were purchased from a local recycling center. Saved a few bucks and helped the environment.

two words....NOT FAIR :) props and rep on the roomieo, are you growing with your freind or just the hired help??? no shame in building the frame my man cause thats gonna be a sicky jungle before too long im sure. just saying if you are gonna be growing i would LOVE to see what those rooms kick out, but rep and happy happy harvest in this new year :). stay medicated.

Here are some pics of the girls. The strain is purple wreck.
They are about twice as big now. I am waiting for a couple stainless wort chillers that were ordered and then the room will be finished.

Each room has a can fan and filter. The air will be constantly scrubbed and circulated through each room

Thanks DM! He is a friend and I am the hired help actually. He has the space and equipment I have the time and knowledge. His fam has the funds for the odds and ends. I will be doing most of the work. Hopefully within the next few days the grow will be operational.

Relays wired up to the ballasts, and shelves with different shop goodies. Never had a case of new 1000w bulbs before. Luckily our local shop treats us well.

Each room will have six 1ks vertically hung between 12 buckets, powered by six ballasts wired to relays. This way two rooms can be powered by one set of ballasts. Running H&G, co2 with a sentinel controller. Any ?s please ask

estamated cost minus a few 1000k and mabye a few 600 for veg in stead of 1000k (im assuming/ maybe incorrectly/ thats its a veg&flower setup not flower&flower) just wondering hardware costs and time if you dont mind :) and its good to make freinds with the hydro shop!!!! and ??? on heat, im not noticeing any ac other then fans, how do you moderate? any hoods or open lamp/hanging? and did you guys set it up on relay so it can be ran by one timer? if so then i guess that answers the veg/flower thing. thanks for posting and keep up the grow work :) stay medicated.

not sure on the hardware costs as my partner had it already.
This is going to be two flower rooms, the plants were vegged at a different location. We will start flowering just one room.

And ??? On heat, im not noticeing any ac other then fans, how do you moderate?
We are going to put a 2ton ac in.

Yes, the ballast will run 24/7. 12 hours in each room/

If I'm understanding the relay's to use 1 ballast for 2 lights, you're using the ballasts for 12 hours in one room, and then using the relays to switch the ballasts to run 12 hours in the other? That makes sense. Where didja get the relays?
