Hoping someone who has had some success working on delivery and dosages can help me out. Patient has cancer Docs says 12 months. Not looking for a miracle cure (but would be nice).

Growing a 7% and 7% as we speak. I can make the oil no problem. Obviously when cooled its to hard for an older person to dose so looking at maybe into capsules eventually but id say drops are more realistic first up.

So..Im asking grams per mil for the mix and how much should a patient take and how often?

What do you use to mix the medicine with for drops? (coconut oil? How?)

Watching the rick simpson type videos they use a syringe to up take the warm oil. Doesn't this then harden? Do they heat this again before dosage?

    For my own reference.

    DOSAGE INSTRUCTIONS
It usually takes the average person about 90 days to ingest the full 60 gram or 60 ml oil treatment. I suggest that people start with three doses per day, about the size of a half a grain of short grained dry rice. The patient should take this dosage every 8 hours, early in the morning, then again in the afternoon and then they should take their final dose of the day, about an hour before bedtime. It should also be noted that as a patient begins to ingest this oil, the patient does not normally feel the oils effects until about an hour after they have taken their dosage, so please be aware of this fact. A beginner’s dose such as I am describing would equal about ¼ of a drop.

After four days at this dosage which should be taken three times a day, most people are then able to increase their doses by doubling the amount of their dosage every four days. By following this simple procedure, many patients have reported that they felt that they had not experienced the high, which this oil can cause. But in truth no two of us are the same and we all have different tolerances, so some will be able to up their dosages more quickly than others. In reality, even if one does become what is commonly referred to as being high this will not harm them in any way, if the oil they are ingesting was produced from the sedative strains of Indica, which I recommend and the resulting oil was produced in the proper way.

It takes the average person anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks to get to the point where they can ingest 1 gram or 1 ml per day. Once they reach this dosage they can continue at this rate until their medical issues are brought under control. This means that after the patient has become accustomed to the oils use, each dose they are ingesting will equal 8 to 9 drops every 8 hours and in many cases, I have seen patients that have had no trouble ingesting even far more. It takes a dosage roughly the size of two grains of short grained dry rice to equal one drop, so once the patient has become accustomed to the oils use they are actually ingesting doses which equal 16 to 18 grains of rice per dose.

In some cases I have even seen patients who had no fear of this medication, ingest the full 60 gram treatment in one month and after doing so, many of them were declared to be cancer free.
By using the method which I am describing, it allows your body time to build up a tolerance for this medication slowly and once the patient becomes accustomed to the oils effects, most patients actually report that they enjoy taking it.

I’m sorry. I missed the alert. I have had a few problems with the site the last week. Seems ok again now.

I am not going to be much help I’m afraid. We make infused coconut oil but just the old school way like butter.

We include buds and bud trim from a variety of plants each batch to get the largest array of canabanoids we can.

The edibles Mrs. MMG makes have helped quite a few with their symptoms and has apparently helped regenerate nerves injured in a friends snowboard accident.

The Oil also eliminated Mrs. mmg’s internal cysts. Her doctor thought she had the wrong test results when she was examined after only 6 months on the Oil. That was the time waiting to see the specialist she was referred to.

But we don’t lab test our flowers anymore since we are not allowed to “donate” to dispensaries and we have chosen to lay low in this new market.

So I don’t know the dosages. We haven’t even ever decarbed the trim like everyone does today.

I think @GroErr may have good info.

The proper dosage is literally as much as possible before the person cant stand to ingest any more. Eat it, use it in lotion, as much as freaking possible.

If shes ingesting enough for it to work, she wont be able to goto bingo. From what I've seen for it to work you basically gotta be ingesting really huge amounts, like 5-10g if possible a day. Lower levels could work also that's just the levels I saw people taking who were using it to treat cancer.

@Lucky Luke I agree with both @growingforfun in that dosage should be as high as the patient can handle. You can start with lower dosage to build up tolerance and increase weekly. Everyone will react differently so it's just a matter of testing dosage. You can start with low dose like 60mg, increase from there as you test the reactions. Some folks I've worked with went from 80mg to 250mg in a matter of a couple of weeks, then dose multiple times daily as they build up tolerance.

Also agree with @MichiganMedGrower about mixing strains as much as possible. I run multiple strains and mix the trim & bud for starting material.

While you can get into oil, I've stayed away from anything that introduces impurities. I sift my trim/buds, then mix that with coconut oil and soy lecithin, all natural and effective. I take 100mg a day for maintenance and even though I smoke/vape it's still effective and also acts as a sleeping pill as a bonus.

Attached below is a recipe I use, very simple once you have the sift.

For sifting I use these screens (link below) with a catcher, I use the 80 mesh screen for medibles which is 177 micron, it's clean and produces around 15%-18% return depending on the starting material. The link below is a post I posted a while back with links to the screens if you scroll down a bit, sample sift and caps on that page also.

    Good luck with the treatments!

I didn't mention it before because I kinda figured it was a given, but you'll want to use whole plant extract. Whenever I've made medicine I'll cut the plant at the base, hang dry it, then strip everything into large paper grocery bags.

Dry sift is great. Fast an easy, easy to turn that into a wide range of products.
I think using alcohol to make R.S.O. is also a good route to go to pull some compounds you wont get by a dry sift. Depends what your after an how quick you need it.

For what it's worth I'd go with the max you can handle without zoning out.

I'm dealing with some prostate crap so gearing up to treat my symptoms like it was a cancer tho that's not the diagnosis so far. Just a 34% likelihood that it is cancer according to the urologist/surgeon I had a consultation with 2 weeks ago.

RSO is fine but as far as I'm concerned not the best way to ingest all the good cannabinoids one needs to fight the dark horse.

First off, decarbing pot in the oven wastes a lot of good medicine. That stink that fills your house is all the lower boiling point cannabinoids wafting away instead of helping you heal. Things like wax/shatter are stoner play things and fairly useless for real cures.

To get the max out of your pot things like tinctures and cannabis infused oils capture the whole plant's potential. A lot of the stuff that would make your smoking oils taste bad are quite likely needed to add to the "entourage effect" that a whole plant extract supports.

I have been making cocobudder for a few years now from dried/cured pot perfect for smoking. Some of those potentially useful cannabinoids/terpenes are lost in even that gentle or not so gentle process. I'm now aiming for 'fresh harvest infused cannabis oil' Google that.

You basically take buds right off the plant and cook it up like I do when making cocobudder. I hate trimming so it's right up my alley! Chop off anything that doesn't show sugar and toss it in a pot to be ground in hot oil with a hand blender. Kind of like making regular budder but with fresh bud. Gotta be better budder!

If ever there was a time to go on a carb free diet a diagnosis of cancer is the time to do it! Cancer thrives on a high carb diet and the acidic blood that is created from it. Google up 'baking soda maple syrup/molasses' cancer cure. I'll be using that to help me get a better diagnosis when I next get tested near Xmas.

If you eat fast/junk foods, QUIT! High Fructose Corn Syrup is in everything these days and cancer loves it like rocket fuel. If you don't already have cancer and want to cut down chances of getting it examine your diet and slough off the junk. So much of what you think is part of a normal diet isn't normal. If you see it on lots of commercials then chance are it's not good for you.

Just to touch on this. She is stage 4 and she loves Bingo, she goes two or three times a week. I don't see her wanting to give up doing what she likes whilst she can. It will be more for comfort of life like helping with appetite, sleep, pain management, keeping regular etc.
We will start her off and increase dosages as her tolerance builds but without effecting her ability to do stuff she likes whilst she can.
