*IF* your going to do consignment to a club,make a contract. Straight up. obviously you have to make one your self. Created a detailed contract with a specified time frame to be paid. Get a detailed receipt of it also.

If they don't pay you, you can bet your ass you can take them to court and you have a good chance to win. If you have been ripped by a club you have 2 years to file a case. If you think its bullshit check out this thread.

If you're not not willing to publically name the people responsible for screwing you, then who ELSE do you think is going to "hold their feet to the fire"?

The traditional and still effective way of dealing with shady businesspeople is to make sure they have a bad reputation so they have a harder time screwing other people.

Incidentally, personally, I wouldn't trade my product for a promise unless it was backed up by a contract and a pretty solid business reputation, but that's just me. If you're having a hard time finding a dispensary that will pay you for your product, maybe its time to establish/partner with your own dispensary.

But you never hear about walmart taking your consigned goods closing the doors , moving or getting poped and taking your shit with them.... I have heard the same story over and over....I personally haver lost $1000s of dollar worth of product to stores ....hard way to learn a lesson
