Ok, well today at seven o clock this morning I was woken up to the sound of the police pounding on my front door. I have 6 plants growing in my backyard tucked away in the corner. Well my dad is currently on probation and that was there "ticket" to being let inside my house, and my mom just got into trouble for something stupid and thats why they were really at my house. But they had no search warrant and since my dad is on probation we had to let them in. Now I have a couple questions to ask you all. First off my dad was saying that when he talked to his Probation officer that the police are only allowed to search our garage and his room, he called the cops out on this but they simply said no we have the right to search the whole house. Does anyone know if this is legal or if they were just BS use to get a better look into the house to try and fuck my dad over on probation? Ok well they were questioning my mom in my room and noticed my bong siting next to my bed and he goes "ohh what is that over there, is that a bong i see?" and my mom says yes it is my sons but he has his medical card. At that point the cop rolls his eyes like not another medical card holder. Well they didn't find my plants, luckily I had a great disguise for them and they didn't even realize what they were looking at and i even watched one of them look directly at them. Well when all was said and done my parents cooperated with them witch got them both out of being booked and sent to jail on the spot, and when they were leaving the lead investigator looked and me and said are you the one with the medical card and i said yes I am and he goes well im going to let you off but for future reference Bongs are illegal the only things you are allowed to smoke out of are pipes and papers. I had no idea bongs were illegal to smoke marijuana out is this true? or was the cop ue or just yanking my chain for some reason? And also the another reason why i believe he didn't do anything is because it was in fact a soo called "probation search" and im pretty sure they are not allowed to search my room so even if they did take my bongs they couldn't have done anything to me due to the fact that they didn't have a search warrant. Mmmk im done now if anyone could answer my questions with legit facts that would be great. My days been long and stressful and I need to go smoke a bowl, but all and all im happy because things could've been much worse. Ohhh and also i forgot to put this in there I also had 2 taser in my room, and due to my dads past he isn't allowed to have any weapons in his room the garage etc.. well I have a sliding door to my room soo since it doesn't lock they said "if they wanted to they could fuck my dad over and send him to jail for having a taser and the bongs in my room" witch is kinda fucking gay but the law is the law, were jsut lucky we cooperated with them and they let it slide. But that also ties into my question on if they had the right to search the whole house or just his room and the garage. Because if thats the truth then they wouldn't have found shit.
