mayday mayday ; what is this thing on the main stem?

This is my first grow. today is 43th day from sprout and 12th day from switching to 12/12. soil grow, temperature is almost always between 25-30C and humidity is between 30%-45% most of the time.rarely it downs to 25%.

Is that a fungi or any other harmful organism? If so, what should i do to get rid of this? If not, what is this? should i be worried?

that's a root......they grow above the dirt occasionally, probably had a moist piece of soil leaning up against it till the last time you watered

It makes sense, cuz there was a wet piece of soil stuck to the stem.
