Hey People,
allow me to introduce my self a little before starting with the facts about my grow. My first name is Max, peps usually call me "Maxi".
I'm from Germany, but I live in Venezuela... I've got a little Low budget and Mc-Gyver Style Grow equip, but I guess it will work out, how ever I did my best.
I'm new at this, I just have grown some plants from seeds that I pulled out of cheep Colombian weed, and how I didnt know what I was doing, it didnt went so well, Plants are still alive but flowering fucking slow, this Plants wont give me Big Buds, I messed up to much^^
But I started to love the Plants, and met lots of nice peps on a small German Grow Comunity, I even got moderator there, so now I know at least most of the facts, so now It's time to grow for real!
So now becouse I need to practise English I'll start a Grow Journal in this Forum, not just the German one where I'm Moderator...
So now, the Grow:
on 10-02-2008 I received a package from Holland, after 3 weeks my seeds finally arrived. First I was a little angry 'couse they sent me KC33 instead of KC36 seeds, so I just will try to grow those... I got some Sensi Seeds Skunk#1 too but they are for a further Grow after the KC33, I'll stil not use them.
The same day, I've put 5 seeds into a paper towel to geminate, and 5 seeds directly in soil, just to try out whats working better, the ones in Soil for shure have it nice and wet all the time, so there shouldn't be any problem to germinate just in soil.
From the 5 in the paper towel today 2 was put in soil, the little root was already out, I hope tomorrow the others are out too. K.C. Brains are cheep seeds, usually 8 of 10 should germinate, we will see, if I get 3 or more Girls out of the ten seeds it's fine for me. 4-5 female plants would be perfect.
The Light, and the other equip:
105W+55W+55W 6400K CFL for starting, I'll try to let them grow till 40cm with this Setup on 18/6 with a cheep timer, and an 12V car fan at an old computer power source. How my fat never or fucking slow flowering plants(I've just messed to much up and the seeds was crap anyway like I told before) still are in my selfmade bloom room, they will have to grow behind a shelf for the next few weeks.
The soil is from a gardener, here they just sell soil mixed by gardeners, theres no Brands here that sell soil... anyway one of the seeds is in by my self mixed soil, just for fun^^
I've got some bio fertilizer for growing period, some cows close here provide it to me for free^^
For flowering I've got a NPK mix 12-28-24 and some other ingredents then just NPK...
For flowering period, plants will be in my selfmade Growroom, its made with things I got in a hardwarestore and has further:
1. a timer,
2. a 400W HPS,(with a big aluminium pizzaplate as reflector, and a 500W 220V adaptor 'couse we have 110V here and all the HPS equip is 220V)
3. a 45W Fan(inside),
4. a 25W Fan(pulling air out at top, temp. is fine with the 400W HPS)
so now a few images...

exactly^^ this and the above pictures are from today, in the white 4 cups are Seeds germinating directly in soil from the gardener, in the small cup wich is not a bought one for plants. there's one seed in soil mixed by my self, the brown 2 has the first 2 seeds wich was germinating in the towel, I hope tomorrow there will be more of them, from the 3 seeds that are still germinating in the paper towel in still empty brown cups... I'll find anything reflecting for on top of the CFL's the next few days, and the littele Fan is already in there, so it wont get too hot or to less fresh aire inside this very small growroom.
