maxing lighting?

ok i was looking a blue prints on making pc grow boxes and i found 65w cfl = 300w and 3380 lumens I was planning on putting 3 in making it be around 900 w or 10,140 lumens for a 1.45 sq space. I have wall fan and complete open back you think this will work?

With an open back, that will definitely work!

Those bulbs are huge, I have one. Probably about 3-4x bigger than regular cfl bulbs, maybe more. Hope you have room.
They sell em on Amazon. I thing a Co. named Feit makes them:

Just slow down for a second. 65watt cfl does not equal 300 watts. It is 65 watts but puts out the same light as a 300 watt incandescent. 3 of those will not fit in a pc box trust me. One or two maybbe. Go to home depot they sell em for 15$ a piece. And you will need to have a shit ton of air flow in that box.

I'm after the lumens not watts. Watts mean nothing its all about lumens and color temperature.. 6500k veg and 2700k for flowering.. I Know the fit cause i have it all measured out and designed in a blueprint.

Wow! 10,140 lumens out of just 195 Watts


Just so you know about efficiency:

- That's about the same Lumen Output as a 100 watt HPS.

I have some big CFL's and they still produce a lot of heat in an enclosed area.

abit off task hea but ive got a 70whps and 4 45w cfls reakn thatd gt 5plants of 6-8inchs enuf juice to put them all through there flower cycle?
