Does anyone have a good recipe for autos for gh maxi gro and maxi bloom week by week?

I use the KISS method........a Lucas Formula alternative. 1 tsp. per gallon of tap water is considered full strength......I only needed 1/3 tsp. my last grow.
No Grow........MaxiBloom from start to finish.
I've been using it for years with good results and it's inexpensive. I don't use additives other than silica.

Ok well I have them in coco loco and I'm trying to figure out when to start adding some nutes I know some people wait till flower
