Try putting them in the dark for 48 hours straight then continue your 12/12 cycle

No offense to the guy that posted that he read on a site that they could flower for 18-26 weeks, but that site is giving you some bullshit advice. I would look else where for some advise.... I had a friend that grew maui and he usually chopped at the end of the 10th week. BEST WEED I'VE EVER SMOKED......
True pure sativas can indeed flower for these long periods. Notice that I am speaking of heirloom equatorial varieties like columbian gold or pure Thai strains that reach 20 + feet in heigth not modern sativas that have been bread with shorter flowering in mind for modern indoor or guerilla growing. Perhaps a bit more reading is in order before you make these incorrect blanket statements.![]()
always use the correct bulb for your fixture. if you have a MH and a HPS ballast,it wont hurt to use them both for flower. I started w/ a 400 MH for my entire first grow. my second grow was vegged w/ same 400 mh but I added a 400 HPS to flower with so I vegged w/ 400 MH and flowered w/ both a MH and a HPS.now I veg w/ same 400 MH and add 1 400 HPS about 2-3 weeks befor going to 12/12.I have added a 2nd 400 w HPS so flowering gets 400 w of MH and 800 watts of HPS.- didnt move up from 400 watters because I am cheap & get them for free.(but not so cheap that I dont use new bulbs..using an MH in an HPS light. and another MH, but in a MH light
use 1 and 1, you say?
