Had the same problem with my visa on attitude. Ordered at night, said my order wouldn't go through. Missed the monthly special. the next day when I went to get gas on the way to work my card was declined. I was like shit, my car is going to die on the side of the freeway, and I'm not going to make it to my job. Long story sort the cc company said an order was attempted at a Chinese clothing store, and my card was null and void. They actually had to send me a new one. Apparently the clothing company has been flagged by visa.

Dont know why people dont go to the local corner store or walmart and get a prepaid visa..
I stopped using my card for this bean buying. prepaids or bitcoins.

A lot banks do it now a days. You have to call and OK international purchases to protect you from fraud.
Not all prepaid cards work. You have to read the terms and conditions on each one.j
Just go to Herbie's. It works.
