Master Kush & Hindu Kush

Hindu Kush is a landrace strain from the Hindu Kush Mountains in Pakistan. Dutch Passion seeds has a Master Kush that is 2 different land races of Hindu Kush. I believe high and low elevation strains crossed.

Master Kush from Black label seeds is Hindu Kush x Skunk.

Don't know about the best cause I haven't tried any others, but I'm very happy with my Sensi Seeds version so far. Haven't smoked any yet but all 5 sprouted and I got 2 nice small bushy females. Another 2 weeks to go + cure time. Got my Masterkush from Guru seeds, nice stuff. Burmese kush from TH Seeds is also a fine lung expanding strain. I have a 15 plant limit so I really like the kush strains that are femmed if I can't find a cut.

i'm not sure who asked, but i bookmarked this page when someone PMed me about black label seeds' masterkush. to answer the question above me, it takes 45-50 days to flower. it is a very compact and fast flowering strain that looks like a miniature sativa. i got 3 distinct phenos from my beans. the tall one was a golden yellow plants and there were two dark green plants under 2 feet tall as well as an awesome looking shorty that was deep and dark crimson. the color was very dark darker than maroon, but also very intense along the lines of the deep dark blue of a vicks bottle. there was some odor from the plants, but in a small room where temps wewre generally 70-80 degrees, i didn't need a carbon scrubber. the buzz was very similar to stony and euphoric, but mostly functional skunk #1, blueberry or super delicious sour cream. the yield was low because the plants were so small and couldn't be cloned, but i think they were feminized too as i didn't see any males. you could get a nice yield if you bred it with a fast flowering compact strain so you could fill a light up, but they'd also give you a decent mid buzz in a stealth or cabinet grow.

for me, the buzz wasn't exactly a favorite as it was too stony and not at all trippy, but it was an easy grow for something to munch on while the better stuff that gets you high and takes longer was doing it's thing. the red pheno in particular was beautiful to see, but turned a copper brown color when i speed dried the buds in a frying pan. maybe the color would have been better preserved with a regular cure.

i'd definitely give the strain a thumbs up for cabinet grows because the red and green phenos were compact and even the golden one was no more than 2 1/2 feet tall.

basically, it's a masterkush buzz in a compact and fast plant if that's what you're looking for
