Thank you...you are as well....money is a little tight right now but I am working towards that hps...hope i get it soon or else it will just benefit my next grow...I am trying...

I Literally have to water these plants every day now...These pots are so small but my space is really limited..Is there ant pots that are Taller rather than wider at home depot or lowes?
I know its not good but if its my last option 2 plants for 1 big pot?

Not sure myself. I use 2 liter soda bottles and cut them to the height I need. Only on my 3rd grow though. Use to use 20oz bottles cut down but changed up on the second grow and they seem to like the bigger bottles more. How about 3 liter bottles? That way you can control the height of the 'pot' easier by just cutting where you need.


Edited to add: Forgot to mention I am doing AF grows...dunno if that makes a difference or not to what you asked.

3 liters might be good but what about roots exposed to light?

To stop the root exposure, you can do a couple of things. I've seen a lot of people use duct tape. I prefer to use heavy duty paper. Kind of like the rolls you get for shipping packages (and you have to wrap them) or for putting down on a table to do blue crabs (Maryland represent). Since you are doing CFL, there shouldn't be a heat issue with the paper or the duct tape.

And I use the paper to keep logs per plant. Lazy man's notebook I guess.

I bought some perfect size pots at home depot today and new soil to transplant them into their permanent homes....

Awesome. Can't wait to see some pics. I'm about to start up a 4th grow and thinking of doing a journal for it. I am contemplating converting a closet into a grow area as right now I'm PC CFL growing AFs. How's the MK as far as toughness? I've had bad luck with lemon skunk and transplanting. Mine have tended not to like being handled much.

Dude the mk is tough lol...One of my plants went thru hell and thats the one that started budding first....First when it was like 2 weeks it fell from the window i had it on to get air, then the top got burnt because it grew 2 inches out of no where, then finally one day my rabbit sneaked in my grow room and ate all the lower branches(took care of that problem lol)....its tough
