Thanks man! Appreciate the help! I've used HID before, and am just getting into LEDs. I'm enjoying the lower electricity bill and heat so far. So looking on expanding my knowledge and collection.
Do yourself a favor and skip legacy hortocultural LED panels. Not they don't work, but I paid $150 each for two ViparSpectra Reflector V450s. They worked for my closet grow, I yielded like, 3-4 ounces from two plants for only 3 weeks of veg to include seedling stage. However, they only put out 420 PPFD in their footprint, and if I had just spent $50 more to begin with, I'd have more than double that photon flux for 89w compared to the 206w that a single V450 drew. If anyone is set on a panel, though, for whatever reason, ViparSpectra is trustworthy and especially cost to return, it's one of the affordable ones that at least work, and it comes with extras like a veg and bloom switch, daisy chain connector, and stylish fixture aesthetics.

How many plants do you grow under what type of light? Yield?
Thanks in advance!
I bought a 6 cob 300 watt cob setup from Timber in Aug for my 2x4.5' tent... I flowered two Confidential cheese plants that I brought in from outside... I harvested those last week.. started three more seedlings.. So I don't have hard data..
I just am very impressed with the growth I saw over two months..

Yea from what I've seen and, I actually remember checking out your grow I believe, I'm pretty impressed with them so far. It's just figuring out the correct specs and running and assembling it right is we're in stuck at now. Trying to figure that all out

Two maybe three plants depends on how you shape them.. 5 cobs at 50 watts spaced at 11"
or 3 cobs at 77 watts spaced at 16"... 4 cobs at 63 watts spaced at 12"...
my light is 6 cobs at 50 watts spaced at 8 " I guess its still confusing?

No that makes some sense. I like the thought of more in case my grow area goes up and only have to add a lil later

Smoke report: Afghan Kush-World of Seeds
Super body high. This is definitely a strain good for pain/hunger/insomnia. Sweet smell but an almost peppery taste. I enjoy the contradiction. Potency is a probably in the teens, I believe that's due more to the root rot than the genes of the strain. It's still is covered in trichomes.
it was a fast, non fussy, easy plant. Definitely a good auto and I would recommend it.
Got a Lil over 2 zips even with the root rot attacking and killing it early. So I believe it could be a great yielded without those barriers.
I do think the root rot killing it early kinda did what @RM3 talks about doing with the boiling water. I could be wrong but from his and @Roger A. Shrubber description of their experience with it, it seems pretty similar. And I definitely think it helped. I will definitely do the boiling water with my organic grows. Need to ask RM3 some questions before I try it with the hydro though.

I quit fertilizers because I had so many issues.
Now diy organic soil.
Flowering is in 2x4 tent with diy cobs, best so far is 16.8 oz with 376 watts at the wall in that space form 4 plants.
With fertilizer and hid I never got close to that

Are you making your own soil? Cause I'm getting back to organic. My partner wanted to do the hydro. But I'm wanting to make my own organic living soil and I've been looking for advice haha

Yeah so much easier for me.
I just water them and they grow
