Hello Gibbz, could be a few things. First to get a better idea of everything, how often do u water, what lights are it under, what are it surroundings? Can we get more pics? And if that cup is transparent u may wanna wrap some tape around it or something. Because direct light is not good for roots. Some more info will allow us to better help you.

i have only been watering when it dries out. i have it under t12s right now but in a couple of days i will put it under my 250watt MH in my closet. it has grown a few more nodes now and it looks really good the brown spots havent gotten any bigger however they dont seem to be decreasing in size. i could be wrong though, i think that it will turn out good. i also put a bag around it so the roots arent exposed to light and it seems to have helped. i plan on moving it into an ice cream pale. then in a couple of weeks i will put it in a 5 gallon bucket. if anyone has any suggestions i am down for them. thank you. i will upload pics again soon.

pics yo..lookin good? help me lolz for sure stoned........hope it looks good.
Looks good....roots love to go deep though so u might wanna consider a more shallow/taller pot. Make sure to keep the lights riiiight on top of the plant. But it looks healthy though. A nice light shade of green for seedlings is good! :peace:

Oh and PS I didnt even realize on those pics that the cup was transparent. Roots + Lights = No No......but it does not seem to have effected ur plant since u had covered them anyways.

so i took a few new pics today and i noticed the weirdest thing. it almost looks like i have preflowers growing on my plant. check it out.
1st how long has it been growing? 2nd,leaves don't look broad enough. 3rd, hydro is cheaper in the long run with the bubble jug system and your plants will double in size in twice the time. And beat all, bud taste better and so is the high. HEY, YOUR BABY DOES LOOK GOOD THOUGH FOR BEING A SOIL PLANT. The brown on the leaves may be heat stress or nutrient problem. How high is your light from your baby? What kind of soil mixture are you using?Try to get some compost or make your own and your baby will love it. Before hydro, I grew in straight compost that I made and it made my babies grow great. The problem was that the mice like compost too and will brearl holes all in the compost but the plants still grew great with a little extra work. KEEP ON GRO-IN! JNOS45
