Marks on leaf after watering

Hi, I've came into my first problem. I have tried looking through forums and elsewhere but I'm just not certain of what the problem is. I think it may be a pH problem, but maybe a calcium deficiency?

Coco coir
Black dream by Eva seeds
Fed with canna coco along with some rhiztonic.
This is their second feed since being in the larger sacks. PH was 5.8 going in, but run off seems to be 7.2. its pretty shallow though so maybe the reading is off.
First feed was 6.0 pH going in, and only 6.7 in run off.
They are under two 600 watt leds, but the ppfd is low, that's why I have both lights on.
Temp stays around 25°c through the day, and 17°c at night the past two nights, I need to make night temp a bit higher, it was around 20°c at night until I changed location.
Started training them two days ago so maybe I have damaged the roots?

Any advice would be appreciated, this is my first time and I don't want to jump into flushing them out or adding calcium they don't need

The damaged patterns on the leaves seem random, and have yet to change colour

dont worry your plants look good if you new to this, always less is more, you have a calcium Def due to ph imbalance or lockout, in all cases, if you have some calcium spray it 1/4 recommended dose, it wont hurt, and let it dry for a bit before you water or feed, feed at low dose, check PH as you do coco.

if you dont have calcium i will tell you what to do.

but after all, your plants look good, just don't over water or feed.

Thanks a lot for your help.
I've bought some calmag which should be here for tomorrow so I'll spray them with a light dose of that. It's only the bottom leaves that have it at the moment but it's spreading.
It just came on so fast, the image is from 15 hours after watering

well as i said spraying is just fixing the cause till your plant root zone recovers, root zone loves air, if its not breathing roots will rot, bad bacteria will take over, and this is the big picture that you should consider, did you use any mycorhize product before?

I haven't used anything except the canna coco a+b and rhiztonic. They are on a half doze. And I was planning on that being the last feed of rhiztonic.
There is plenty of perlite in the coco to help with air too. And it was 8 days since the last feed, I thought that was too long but the coco felt okay. They're in the fabric bags as well so hopefully they're getting enough air

Frequent waterings in coco is the norm even without added perlite. You should be watering twice daily minimum, ideally more frequently, with good runoff

Thanks for the link. That's cleared things up a lot, I didn't realise that's how the oxygen was stored in coco.
That's just coming up to two weeks in the larger pots so I'm sure theyll get more thirsty now they've really started to grow
