Market it going down fast

Since my friends and I have become med patients/growers. We haven't had to purchase much in the past 2 years. Come October I think we will finally be self sufficient as a group.
This has been one of the best outdoor growing seasons in my area in years. Im thinking this is the case for the most of the country too.
With a banner outdoor crop. New competition from LP. I think the BM will tank. As it is now. I can order less than $50 oz shipping inc. Just wait until croptober.
Oct 2019 should be when the price really tanks.
Cheers

Considering how you spray it all the time I can see how you would consider buying sprayed weed instead of growing it.

For me and mine, we will grow unadulterated weed.
I'm guessing you grow and can your own food, raise your own animals and process your own food and make you own clothing?

Will be interesting to see how much $ per pound the government plans on buying from craft growers for. Could be tough to pay the bills if it's under $1000 per pound. Plus who makes the calls on what's quality or not? Will also be interesting to see how much they sell it to dispensaries for.

I think it's all about the micro business now. It's the only way to get $1600+ for your lbs. There is a shop by me that does $100 oz of their in-house grown and tested cannabis. Its very good too. For the consumer, it's very cheap. For the company, they are getting $100 x 16 = $1600 per lb VS. $1K from selling to a distributor. % wise thats pretty good.

I kind of doubt micro guys are going to get $1600 from the government but I think it's fair price if they do.

Canning your own food? I use it fresh. I figure if I can grow cannabis in my residence I can grow strawberries and tomatoes as well. It is going well enough so far. I think some growers are upset that the BM monopoly is ending, now that cannabis is not illegal anymore.

Atco trailers - $5500 (Lantzville) hide this posting

We have a 40 foot Atco trailer for sale great for a business or a suite has toilet and two main doors one being handicap
Natives are the real winners here. Tyendenaga reserve has 50+ unregulated dispos. The reserve 5mins from town here just opened a couple recently too and the reserve 50km away has had a few dispos for a year now.
LET THE LPs FAIL!!!!

I wouldn't either but I wouldn't forget all the little guys that kept the doors open before LP's came to be.
The little guys that I helped out when they were hurting for cash and now chasing them for $30K in accounts while they hide and refuse to pay it lol. I can't depend on regular growers anymore, the market here is beyond fucked and I can't see anyway how it will get better or more people growing. My exit is to get a legal dispensary but none of the municipalities where i want to set up will have any by laws ready till next year.

Just out of curiosity why is the market so bad right now? Is it just a super flooded market or something? This is even worse than when everyone thought they losing their MMAR licenses and started dumping off everything.

Too many licenses which caused a flood in the market. Same thing happened with MMAR at least then product was moving. Same thing is happening in California from what I've been told by my sales reps. Personally I don't think it'll ever go back past $1000-1200 per LB after Oct 17th. If there was no legal market yes prices would go up but now you have the underground market and legal market. Seeing from how busy dispensaries are in Vancouver and how many people up late 20's/early 30's have 1gram baggies from dispensaries, there will be a huge # of people that will forget that there ever was or is an underground market. These people have no problems paying $10-15 per gram.
