Marijuana plant looking wrinkly and shriveled

I'm having a hard time diagnosing what's wrong with my plant. I started this grow from seed(White cookies) and since it first sprouted it's looked wrinkled and weak. However the leaves themselves still feel healthy. I am growing in soil and this is my thrid grow. I have 3 other plants in the same kind of soil and one of those is the same strain also grown from seed. I have no problems with the other plants. I'm just curious if anybody has seen this before and can lead me in the right direction. I'll attach some pictures.

i hope i'm wrong, but the first thing that popped into my mind was russet mites. wait till you get a few more opinions, i've been known to make an error now and then. if it is russet mites, i would immediately start adding spinosad to my water every time i watered, for a systemic effect. after a couple of weeks of that, i'd go to every other watering, for a couple of weeks, then once a week for at least a couple of weeks. keep that plant in veg till you're sure the mites are all dead, then wait another two weeks at least to start it flowering, both to make sure the mites are really gone, and to allow the spinosad time to break down.

or you could wait till you're sure, then triple bag it and throw it away...and that soil. then clean and spray your grow room.

do the last part anyway....

Thank you for the information! I read more into russet mites and once I knew what to look for I noticed more symptoms of them on my plant so I think that is the cause. I'm going to play it safe and just get rid of the plant, clean the grow room and hope I don't see signs on any of the others. Thanks again!

If it was like that from the time it was a seedling and you have other plants around it that are healthy then it might be genetic and there isn't much anyone can do.

If it was mites the others would likely get them also.

Can we see pics of the other ones?
