this is what i wrote to them

There are many rumors and stereotypes around marijuana. Many people believe that this is a harmful substance and that it should be illegal around the world for eternity.

In reality Marijuana has many useful purposes. To say the least, it is very useful for medical purposes.

Instead of asking why Marijuana should be legalized we should be asking a different question.... "Why should marijuana remain illegal?"

On change.gov & change.org people were asked to vote on the topic that they would like the Obama Administration to make pirority and Legalization of Marijuana was top priority...

No matter what your views on marijuana
are... i believe that it should be legalized because the VAST MAJORITY of people in America wants it to be legalized.

thank you,

I watched it too. I'll try to sum it up for those who missed it.

1. It's evident the reporter is hot but a mindless drone fairly early into the show.

2. The reporter only talks to a couple people who support marijuana legalization. It becomes apparent the only one she wants to interview are people profiting heavily from the trade. All of her questions relate to "how much money do you make off marijuana?!". Every single question is related to profits. The ultimate goal seems to be to make it seem like a corrupt cartel and willing to do anything to make a buck.

3. Every time she says the phrase "medical marijuana" she rolls her eyes and says it sarcastically.

4. 2/3rd's of the show involves interviews of police and other mindless drones who still think the movie "Reefer Madness" was educational rather than comical.

5. Fifteen minutes is wasted interviewing a guy who smuggled weed from Columbia. Most likely this was done to show marijuana has links to Columbian Cartels. (AKA Propaganda) She follows protocol by asking "How much did you make?!" and repeats "You made millions!!!!!1!" over and over. (Further emphasizing the propagandist point that its all about becoming the next scarface.)

6. The reporter talks to several DEA pigs who proclaim marijuana is damaging our parks. At one point a DEA pig claims "Nearly every grow I see has diesel spills in it". Apparently they actually expect us to believe that BS.

7. Drug Czar John Walters is interviewed and proclaims the vast majority of outdoor grows are done by the Mexican mafia. According to him, caretakers of crops are often beheaded and their entire families are massacred if they make any mistakes. The reporter never actually looks into this claim but rather acts as if its a fact.

8. A DEA pig proclaims we, the pot growers, are winning right now while flying over numerous outdoor crops. He acts as if it's only been that way recently. I've got news for him, we've always been winning. ;)

The End.

Another fine propagandist mainstream news report that reeked of being written by the US government itself.

They won't totally legalize it,because everyone that smokes it, will growit, instead of buying it.Which means no tax $.

No, not everyone who smokes will grow you can see that in California as well. Lots of people who could don't. They go to shops or get theirs from a buddy who grows for them. Some have kids they don't want exposed to it and others don't have the time or money to invest in an indoor grow, others just don't have a green thumb. Did you see how much money that one shop payed in taxes 200k to the state Approx. 500k Federal, Holy shit!! You know they are makin' money we just need to expand on what Cali's already doing.

diesel wouldnt spill because generators wouldnt need to be used because people wouldnt need to hide the fact if it was legal!

It's funny how they act like every grower is using a generator to power their shit... Like my neighbors wouldn't notice a loud generator going 24/7 LOL.

I wasn't impressed. It had its good parts... but i agree, it was definitly biased. They made it sound.. i dunno.. still somewhat of a bad/dangerous thing. I wish they would have added another hour to the program and let the media know of how their shortening the real criminals sentences just to put away marijuana offenders. Plus the benefits medically and everything else marijuana is good for. Could have done a MUCH MUCH better job imo.
