Stopping smoking ruined my memory. I was one of those people who could remember just about every conversation I had had in my life. When I stopped smoking, that just went away. Now I guess I have normal memory for a 60 year old, that is to say, shitty.

I love it when I walk into deals like that. Once there was a pallet of Cliff bars at my local thrift store. I got about a trash bag full. I bet it was worth about $1K at 2 bucks a bar.
I pretty much live off almonds and dark chocolate. They have pretty good cheap chocolate at walmart and the dollar stores, but cheap almonds are a thing of the past.

Bees are a big part of farming. The poor things get shipped all over the county to tend different crops. When we leased our land for melons, the grower brought in a couple three hives. (they actually left them and Daddy would give them cane syrup in the winter to keep them alive.)
funny that, vaping keeps my mind right..clarity..like that first pot of coffee in the morning everything just falls into place and fits well.

We call it black strap molasses. My folks were syrup makers, so I've had some experience with the process. The darker the color the longer it's cooked. We used to use wood for the fire, but most syrup makers today use gas. There are several syrup making operations still active in my county, including the BIL's family.

i remember as a kid we had birch trees and used to suck on little branches.
black strap is like Guiness Stout.
the Q folks were drinking corn syrup Aunt Jemima and all that just look at the ingredients...last thing is maple flavoring.
