It's a male. It's not a hermie. Removing them will leave you with nothing but stem and leaf. Last time I checked you can't smoke those. Kill it, buy feminized seeds.

Hermies are male and female. That is clearly all male, removing the pollen sacs from a hermie would be sensible but removing them from a male is just stupid.
