Male plant?

Ok so it has turned out that my first plant is a male
and i know i wont be able to get any bud from it
but i have heard i can make hash from the leaves...is this true?

cook it into butter. take the butter and make some cookies or brownies. it is the best use in my opinion. but opinions are like arsholes

wwhen the plant begins to show flower, does it take a few days later to show pistils?????
