No, the balls haven't had time to form yet. This stage can happen in a very short time like a few days... Then when the balls have formed they can open in 24 hrs. and jack up you whole grow... Watch it EVERY day for growth...
This could easily be a female... just give it time to show itself and be ready with an ax if needed.

The tricky thing is a male plant can look similar. We as growers very badly want the plant to be a female. I have had a plant that looked so good and was so healthy I kept hoping it would turn out to be a female to the point I actually watched the balls form and then went one day too long and BAM! The male polen sacs opened up and dusted 4 female plants.

I came back from work and was pissed to see that i forgot to turn the lights on but i started looking around for a pistil and I think i found one . i barely noticed it its almost clear is that normal ? too bad i cant get a picture because its at the very top .The tricky thing is a male plant can look similar.
