its hard to tell from the blurry pic but it looks like there balls forming at the nodes.. if there arnt any long white "hairs"/pistols then its prolly a male. sorry my friend

How can you possibly tell with that pic? Those balls your seeing can also be just new growth.

Yep, it is hard to see, but, if it has obvious balls growing at the internodes it will be a male. They will start developing up to a week before the females start showing any trace. But, you need to watch and get them males they will ball up and flower over night if you dont watch it. and it dont take much to have a crop full of seedy bud. Good luck
