is schultz a good brand name? its a powder which i didnt know it was. i thought i had picked up a gel rooting hormone but when i got home it was powder so i sterilized my blade and everything and got spring water and took one cutting at a time immediately dipped it into the spring water followed by the rooting h9ormone powder and then right into the medium. by the way. 3 of the clones are in jiffy starter plugs, and then one is in a solo cup filled with soil and perlite. ive never cloned before so i wanted to try different styles

included is a pic of my rooting hormone

Well since you where already into flowering stage it will take a couple weeks for the clones to revert to veg, but other than that you should be fine.. so next time you clone just wait till you see preflowers instead of throwing the plant int flower it will save you those couple of weeks you have to wait if it was already in flowering phase
i read on here u would only see female preflowers in flowering so i forced it to flower early because i got too impatient. thats actually better that itll take a little for it to go back into veg cause then the seeds i order wont be too far behind these ones. can u possibly tell me pros or cons from cloning vs. growing from seeds? after reading a bit on cloning, im wondering why people order all the seeds they do in the first place and sorta feel silly for spending as much as i have on seeds

Well you can cut the lighting schedule to your plant slightly to like 15/9 14/10 so there is more night time and as soon as you see female preflowers revert to 18/6 or 24/0 to reduce stress and the time it takes your plant to revert to veg.. then you could use this plant as your mother plant and keep her on that 18\6 or 24/0 schedule year round and keep taking clones from her as she grows(from the top or internodes whereever), that way you will know you will always have fem plants exact copies of the mother instead of having to germ a seed then wait to see if its male or female. Cloning basically saves you time and money!

check this page out good info on cloning http://www.weedsthatplease.com/cloning.htm

i wanna just keep flowering the mother and get whatever yield she produces. is it possible to take a clone from a clone once its big and healthy? i was hoping to do that. like finish this mother plant, then when these clones get bigger, take a bunch more clones from one of them and just keep doing that. idk though.

Yes but if you take a clone from a flowering female it will just take a while to revert back to veg.. but after that clone reverts to veg and has enough internodes and is nice and healthy you could take clones from it and it will be genetically the same plant you got that clone from..
