Male or Female or too early?????

HELP.....I want to know if it is a male, female, or hermie. It has been on 12/12 for around 7 or 8 days.

Did you wait till you have an uneven node till you started Flower? I cannot see it--- appears I see even nodes. to young to Gender
 
uneven is as the plant grows the new shoots do not come out on both sides evenly. will have shoots on only one side then the stem goes up a lil then another will come out. That generally means a plant is mature enough to put into flowering for best results.

Yep.

And cuz it looks lankier and less bushy. And after a while of germin seeds you get a feel for what females and males look like. And if there are either calyxes or balls in development. Balls look like.... well balls. Calyxes look more pointy after they come out of the node.

ive seen some pretty short males. but u cant tell until the plant mature.
