The strain is Barney's Farm feminized Blue Gelato.

Grew just one fem seed and about 1.5 weeks after flipping to 12/12 I see I have a 100% male plant. Too bad because he sure was a beautiful girl!

Anyways I'm writing this because I hope to find someone knowledgable enough to explain, genetically speaking, how this is even possible.

XX × XX = XX. If there's no Y available, how can a male be produced?

Before I looked at genetics I would think that they just put a bad seed in the pack. I am currently dealing with an auto that has been vegging for 11 weeks, flipped to 12/12 yesterday in hopes of getting her to change. Seeds not always as advertised.

I would contact who you bought them from. As the above poster stated, mistakes happen.
