new to the hobby and all of the other ladies are easily identifiable but this one....not too sure about. any thoughts on what to do with this one let us know asap dont wanna hurt the ladies. thanks for your imput
p.s. about 2 and a 1/2 weeks into flowering. the other plants have nice sized beautiful buds on them

Picture 2 looks like you got a sac there..Hermie man...Today I found balls on 2 out of my 5 plants...how far along in flower are you?

thats a definitely hermie bro. sorry to give you bad news man,. pic 2 is the one the makes it very clear that its a hermie.
btw remove the hermie so that the rest dont get pollen on them and then start being hermie as well.
