Making vape carts from concentrate?

I have recently purchased a 900mg oral concentrate that is packaged in a small syringe. I was directed to wipe a small/"grain of rice" size piece on the inside of my gums and/or under my tongue. Unfortunately, it has a long lasting bad taste. Can I mix/cut this with a non nic "E-juice" and /or terpenes to make a vape cartridge? I have seen how to make them out of shatter...wasnt sure if I can do something similar with this concentrate.

Sounds like you have rso. You need to know what solvent was used to make this.

I wouldnt smoke any rso product, unless I made it and or know what solvent was used to make it
