Making sure I have the correct electrical

I created a wiring diagram to better assist with what Im talking about. I did some research, came up with this. Any comments or problems?

To clarify, the Titan panel is a direct feed to the fuse panel. There is a cord that plugs into the growtronix outlet to act as a switch, not a power source.

looks good to me. the only thing that i see (and this is nitpicking) is if the run from your loadcenter to the Titan controller is fairly long you will get some voltage drop. especially with 2 connections (Titan to the loadcenter and lights to the Titan). since you have it listed as a 24 amp max load then you are already at 80% without any drop. plus, when your ballasts fire they actually draw 2-3 times their rated amps for a few miliseconds. i think that Titan unit has a offset relay though that staggers the starts. might want to check into that. i think it's the Helios 4 that is rated for 30amps. could be wrong though. quick fix would just be to take the fans off and make sure it has an offset relay. good luck man.

Yes! What nuglets said. Firing amperage can be a pig. Other than that it looks good. The new Solis-Tek ballasts will detect if they are on the same circuit and fire accordingly $$$$$

I will be using 4x Quantum BadBoy T5 8 lamp fixtures. Each fixture at full load is rated at 5amps. The 4x 6" Air King clip-on fans (which will be daisy chained to the BadBoys) pull .2amps each on high setting. Thats 20.8amps, calculated at 24amps for initial firing of the lamps. This set up will be for epic scrogging.

The titan helios 2 panel is rated at 120v, 50amps max capacity. Since Im only going to be using 20.8amps for nominal load and ~24amps for initial firing, I think it should be adequate supply. The panel will be no more than 25' away and no less than 10' away from the fuse box (going to use 10/3 romex cable for the panel to avoid cable heat issues in the summer) I should have clarified that also :P
