Making hash from veg trimmings?

After yesterday and today's trimmings, I have about 6 oz (not dry) of trimmings I want to try making into hash using GotBeat's Gumby Method. Most of these trimmings are the leftovers from taking clones and therefor are from a vegetative mother. I've successfully made cannabutter from these trimmings, but wanted to give hash a try. Can I use veg trimmings for hash or should I just wait for my next harvest and use that skuff instead?

I figured it wouldn't work since there arent really any tricromes on a veg plant, but thought I'd ask.

You will hardly get anything, not worth the effort. Wait til harvest and take the trimmings, great hash then.
