making female seeds

has anyone made female seeds by letting there plant flower for to long and produce male bananas? I've read that this will work. Anyone with experience. If you have used another method, please explain. Thank you.

Uh, do you mean to ask if people put bananas next to their plants in the hopes of sexing them into females? I have heard that people have had some luck and it is mildly scientific to put bananas next to a plant to make it more prone to being female, something to do with the gases bananas release.

Last time I checked you can't make female seeds by letting a plant flower too long and having it turn into a male banana plant, lol.

tlr the male floretts that are produced late in flowering look like little bananas
