I was wondering if anybody had any experience with this and what the final solution is supposed to look like ? Bubbles have stopped should I waste until egg shells are completely gone? Should I mix solution before adding water ? Do I have to foliar feed ? Is it ok to foliar feed if plant already has flowers ? Any feed back is appreciated

Are you following the KNF recipe?

You are supposed to filter the eggshells and keep the liquid product. No need to mix the liquid with the eggshells at the bottom, just filter it and use it.

6. After this time, check if bubbles are present in the solution. If bubbles are not present, the WCA is “saturated” – proceed to step 8. If bubbles are present, add more roasted eggshells and let stand for 1 to 2 more days. Repeat until the solution stops producing bubbles.

7. Strain the vinegar-and-eggshell solution through a colander into a clean glass jar to remove eggshells. Label the WCA solution and store at room tempera-ture out of direct sunlight.

You can do it both foliar and irrigation.

Funny, I just read this 10 minutes before seeing this post. Also just finished first batch of LAB. The eggshell are next along with some purslane FPJ and/or FPE. Also interested in the eco enzymes and diy beneficial microbes. This stuff is fascinating and as usual I’m late to the party.

Lots of people are starting to cut ties with the commercial fertilizer industry and are making their own basically for free. All you need is a small yard and kitchen scraps like eggshells and animal bones to have everything you need to feed plants.

Exactly what xtsho say, plus there are many other potentially beneficial uses.
A member with an awesome KNF style grow ( look up maranibbana)mentioned a Chris Trump as regards these techniques. I’m a novice so I can’t really answer questions, just refer to better resources.
Nearly free fertilizers, biostimulants, microbes etc, all natural, repurpose what could be waste, non polluting, disease prevention, .......
Explore and backtrack the link I posted above for more info.

Make vinegar with the leftovers. Search Chris trump on YouTube. I’ve also been working on getting through this
Kind of overwhelming at first, but it’s all kind of variation on a theme and is making more and more sense - and almost any available resources can be used, pretty forgiving. Some of the process take a while (couple months?) but the results last and are used sparingly. The more I explore the more excited I get, its addicting - going to need a support group soon, lol.
