Making Cannabutter as we type. Big Bud x Trainwreck...updating pics as I go

...there's about 5 ounces of fine trichlone filled trimmings of Sensi Seeds Big Bud...and over 2 ounces of amazing trainwreck trimmings...been dry'n and saving them for around a month now. Here we go! ;-)

I added 3 pounds of butter...4 cups of distilled water... I let low boil for 1 hour, now it's simmering for 4-5 hours, I'm stir'n every 10 - 15 minutes...and the smell is stink'n up the whole 3,000 sqft house, basement and all!

I will update and show the finished results after it chills over night!

nice one dude, i really must try this some time, i personally just simmer some nice ground up bud in cooking oil on the stove till the bud pretty much turns black then strain it out and use the oil for what ever i can find that needs to be cooked with oil.

my personal fav is cupcakes and icing.... with green food color for the hell of it ^_^ ahh... good times

Just out of interest why did you add water? To help in the boiling process? How did you get rid of all the water, did you just simmer it off? Most importantly how was it?

I cooked mine for 12 hours on low and mine just smelled lovely, just smelled like cooking butter all through the house, with just the slightest hint of mj in it, it sure didn't stink....

..."Stink." ...a synonym for a, "Strong odor!" ....comprende, muchacho?
