lol the very next story after the link above.....was a drowning dog saved by another dog....
I wonder if that dog was high.....
I am also amazed that there are any fishermen left in Ontario....we should have all drowned by now....

I was always PARANOID
about drowning..so I wore my LIFE JACKET..
and ive never been able to fit down a ten inch hole lol Thanks to weed
The only person I ever saw go off a boat...on plain?........... was DRUNK ...................and HE JUMPED lol...
with no life jacket!

Cannabis has been 'nearly legal' in BC for a couple of decades and we live, work and play on the ocean, lakes and rivers. I have never heard of a drowning caused by cannabis use, but there are a few drunks lost every year.
