so does anyone know if videos method on hash is safe? sounds kinda squirrely

really im very intrigued as this is the simplest and cheapest way ive yet to find... anyone thats done this... or video himself? im not gonna die from smokin iso resin haha?

Search the net for "quick wash iso" or "iso hash oil" for additional methods of extraction.
I've not tried vm's approach. For my tastes, I like the QW approach and only letting the iso contact the bud for less than a minute. Vid's approach seems to allow for more contact time and the material used is chopped up before the wash is performed. Both of these actions will, IMO, make your oil greener and less pure/w/more chlorophyll..which effects the TASTE and causes you to lose that "essence" of the oil that is produced at the beginning of the process/before the chlorophyll starts to break down.

I'm attempting making hash right now, I intend to use water and ice to seperate the trichomes. Not using any chemicals. The only things i had to buy was a fine mesh metal filter, and some fine coffee filters. I'll let you know how i got on, this is more of a trial run more than anything

((that is a good way to utilize leaf/trim, bro'g. I have made a good amount of it in a very similar way. If you're useing 'just' leaf, and plant matter without any fear of losing trichomes.
Try doing a soak in water for several hours, prior to the alcohol soak. Water will extract much of the chlorophyl and soluable sugars, makeing for a l'il better quality, final product. And since thc is not water soluable, no loss of potency.
Water wash, drain, dry, then the alcohol wash.))

its an easy an quick way to do it but also dangerous the way here does it
id just let it disolve itself he lights the iso an lets it burn untill theres just oil left
