I've been there. for as long as I have lived in east burg, I have felt shackled by the town itself the people who inhabit the town. living here is terrible. I will be going to Temple at the end of the summer, thank god.

I lived in Windem Hills (on 447) till we sold the house there a few yrs back.. bought a farm up north

I thought so. I used to live in Bethpage, long island and then moved to woodhaven, queens before I moved to east burg when I was thirteen. I went to my freshman year of high school in new york and finished out here.

yo u r a 1 from a scale from 1-10...u tryna be bad..u dont knoe how to be bad..wat kind of person gets caught smashin mailbox...thats stupid..u should feel stupid 4 gettin caught..not tell everyone u smash mailboxes..you get a 1 for bein a dumbass on the bad scale

I cannot even understand what this post means. I'll try to answer anyway by saying that I was not trying to be bad while smashing those mailboxes, I was trying to laugh. I'd actually rate myself an 8 or 9 otherwise, we do not need to discuss it.

yeah I used to go there for certain things. I have a lot of friends at the school and in the area, I'll be fine. thank you, though. I just want to do well in school and stay away from the drama that the streets would bring me.
