Magnifier

Hey Everyone, just wondering where I could get a magnifing glass or something to look at my crystals. I'm looking for a common place i.e. staples or walmart or some shit...

P.S. Ive tried these two and they only had like 2x or 3x magnification...would this be enough??

If you have binoculars you can look at them through them as well. All you do is turn you binoculars around and look through the other end. I use mine and can see my tricomes very well this way and saves me from having to spend more money on some thing that otherwise would be useless.

thanks 007....did Q hook you up with that tip?? haha j/k..My girlfriend works at a toy store...if I used some half way descent play binoculars(the ones that still magnify) would it be alright??..or do I need the real one??

no you need real ones mine are 7x35 and I can see them very well

I just bought a little 60x100 microscope from radio shack for less than $10. Its a cheap piece of shit but it works. Someone posted on here about they were having problems looking at the plants cause they would focus then the wind would blow the plant and they got pissed cause they couldnt see shit. Well I sat back and smoked two joints and figured if you just tear a piece of leaf off and look at it in a controlled enviroment then you shouldnt have anymore problems.

Good Idea Widow..see the best ideas come when your high...I might pick up that microscope from radioshack just to have a back up way to look at the crystals....thanks guys

Yea, or try to get one with two optical veiwing lenses.
IT works way better.

Thanks for the binocular tip, Bigballin. This is one reason i read the boards...to figure out a smart way to use something around the house. I took out my old Navy binocs, looked through them backwards "squint" and started closing in on the buds and was AMAZED at how clearly I could see my Tric's. Today should actually be Harvest Day, at 60th day of White Widow flower under 400 w HPS, but the Trics are clear or milky, so not quite ready yet.
You saved me a trip to Radio Shack. I used their handheld magnifier at a friends, but found it almost too close-up and clumsey. Using the binocs made it easy to jump onto different buds and check them out. The lens curvature made it seem like you were looking out a porthole window.....Journey to the center of your bud!

i have a radio shack 12 dollar thingy that works fine i have a jewlers loop i think its 3x or 30x or something i also have this three manifyers thingy that you can use one ,two or three at same time

but everything changed for me when i got this toy called eye clops a hand held device with wire to battery pac just hold it over bud or leaf or whatever you want to view up close and personal vies 100x,200x, and 400x great you dont have to cut and position leaves can view on hand held screen or a terminal can snap a screen shot and save to uvb memory stick thingy hard to find exact focal range or distance from subject other then that i have no complaints i always grab it first for convience

these kids got all kinds of good toys these days we should be checking some of them out to see if they meet our purposses
