Thats the plan as of now. There are holes in the bottom. It is going to be going into its 5gal fabric pot home as soon as it dries out a bit.It looks like overwatered. There is so little soil in the cups it would be easy to overwater it. What I would do from here is drain all the water you can from the cup. Then just keep it moist until you can see a root ball starting to form and put it in a bigger pot.
Way overwatered by the colour of the perliteDried this thing to almost bone dry and the curl is still there. It's 3rd set of leaves is coming in though so it is still making some progress at least. The roots also continue to grow. I have to run to town tonight to pick up a few things so I'm gonna grab some mycorrhizae so I can try that when I toss her into her 5gal pot.
I think the yellowish color of the perlite is probably from the warm colored light in the bathroom.Way overwatered by the colour of the perlite
It's from over watering.I think the yellowish color of the perlite is probably from the warm colored light in the bathroom.
Just continue to let it dry after a watering. Try hitting it with less water when dry. Maybe a standard sized shot glass. That’s what I use to water 2 cuts I have in nursery pots. Just a project btw. I had over saturated them a few times. Just being in a rush with too much in the watering can.. it can happen easily.I went and double checked it under the little led strip that my houseplants are under. The perlite does have some definite discoloration. I stand corrected. Hopefully, continuing to let it dry, which it is almost bone dry, and then getting it into fresh soil in a new pot will help. I believe today is Day 14 from sprouting so she's gonna have some catching up to do. We shall see how she does.
