Mag Deficiency

i checked in on my lil ones this morning and saw that 1 is starting to twist its leaves. From what i've read, its a mag deficiency, and i also read that epsom salt will cure it. Some post say foliar feeding it, some say soil, so just curious if this is the problem and which would be the best (also the cheapest) way to fix it.

Thanks in advance guys :joint:

I'm using Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil and no nutes just yet. But i did use superthrive when i transplanted them into the bigger pots. I dont think that made them twist tho, but i could be wrong!

Soil is problematic. Correcting problems like this with soil is a guessing game at best. Try a magnesium supplement. If that doesn't work, give them a little N. I do mean a very small amount. They are tiny babies and it is so easy to over nute at this stage.

If that doesn't fix it, it is the soil. All "potting mixes" come with nutes in the soil. Honestly, I think it is best to avoid soil all together.

how old are they and what kind of lighting and temps amd humidity?
I have 8 plants right now, 6 are 12 days old today and 2 are 10 days old. I've got 7 27 watt 6500k CFL's and 2 45 watt 2700k and 1 14 watt 2700k, I'm gonna add more, just kinda tight on funds at the moment. Temps stay around 74 - 78 with lights on and 66 - 68 with lights off. Not sure about humidity, i've got a hygrometer on its way though .

well they look big for their age-good for them. I would doubt heat stress, but you will need to find out your relative humidity. what type of nutes do you have? I mean it is cardinal rule not to nute until 3 weeks old, but they look a little yellow.
what ph are you running and did you check your soil to see if too acidic?

You're not kidding lol i over-nuted my last 2 grows. But i dont think its the soil since only this 1 out of 8 is twisting. But i could be wrong, i hope it is just mg deficiency instead of the soil. That shit is expensive lol.

No nutes yet ( They're in the mail... ), but i am gonna get grow big, tiger bloom, and big bloom. Along with a Hygrometer and Soil PH/Moisture meter. I used a regular water PH test strip that i got from Home Depot ( i couldnt find an electronic one anywhere ) and my PH was 6.5. They're not yellow lol i took pictures with the lights on so they just look yellow

well than you should be all set. just start the nutes very light like 1/4 strength. I would try to kick up mu ph a little more to around 6.8ish if possible. good luck
